Return policy

At The Kids Linen Company you can shop with ease knowing you will get a full credit note refund.

To receive a full refund in the form of a credit note for change of mind on full priced items ONLY, you must ensure that your product is:

  • In its original packaging and unopened
  • In a saleable condition
  • Item/s must not be washed or used

However SALE items are final, no exchange or refund. 

You will be responsible for your own returns cost.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

The Kids Linen Company is committed to honouring its obligations at law and providing you with an appropriate remedy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 We offer a flat rate of $15.00 on all standard orders anywhere in Australia!

Please contact us for international postage rates we are happy to ship anywhere!

No responsibility will be taken for lost items once posted.
